Can You Help Build The Case?

Crime Stoppers and members of the Ontario Provincial Police need your help with the investigation of a theft from the construction site in Augusta Township. On August 6th 2008 police attended at the site of a new home being built on County Rd 21 in Augusta Township. The owner had not been to the property for a few days and upon returning noted numerous articles stolen from a locked shed. Approximately $10,000 worth of power and hand held tools had been stolen along with a 2003 Suzuki ATV, plate # 74EJ8, with a hunting rack on the front and a rear passenger seat. Also taken was a black 2005 Snowbear 800 trailer.

Who Needed Drainage Tile???

Crime Stoppers and members of the Ontario Provincial Police need your help with the investigation into the theft of 5 rolls of socked Drainage Tile. Sometime during the evening of August 4th, culprits attended at the Blue Church Road Cemetery on County Rd. 2 in Augusta Township, cut a lock and chain that secured the rolls to a tree outside the storage shed. The rolls were 100 feet in length and 4 inches in diameter, and are valued at approx. $1000.00.

Can you break the case???

The Brockville Police are currently looking for the public’s assistance in helping solve a number of break-ins and thefts from cars in the downtown Brockville corridor. Since July 1, 2008, the Brockville Police have investigated 21 break and enters the majority of which have occurred in the south end of the City. As well during this time there have been numerous thefts from vehicles parked in the streets in the area.
