Cruelty to Animals, Summer Vacation

Crime Stoppers and Kingston Police need your help to identify the person or persons responsible for the surgical mutilation of two cats found in wooded areas in Kingston, during the past week.
On Tuesday, June 17th, a woman walking her dog in a wooded area near Lancaster Drive Public School located the upper half of a dead cat. On Friday, June 20th, a second person walking their dog, this time in the Cataraqui Woods Park area located the upper torso and head of another cat.
In both instances, the animals are believed to have been cut in half with a bottom portion removed from the scene.
Crime Stoppers guarantees that all callers will remain anonymous, will not have to appear in court as a witness, and may be eligible for a reward.

Animal Abuse
